Transform your pictorial photos into abstract art!

The difference between pictorial and abstract art can be seen in the above images.

In photographs, there's realism, eyewitness presence, and technical clarity. In abstract art, there's perspective, emotion, and intrigue.

Pictorial images are easy to recognize and relate to because people recognize them.

In contrast, abstract art lets viewers explore their own interpretations and feelings. The different reactions show how each style affects the observer differently.

The color picture shows the defined structure of a tree with its high resolution leaves against a blue sky and blazing sun rays. Instantly relatable, simple, and clear. The color image of the star surrounded by green foliage takes an entirely different interpretation of abstract nature. With a super wide angle, I turned an image of a row of trees against the sky with stratus clouds into an interior image of a Christmas tree. There may be some who see it this way, but there may be others who don't.

Cultural background plays a significant role in interpreting abstract art, as it shapes the viewer's perceptions, experiences, and emotional responses. What one person sees as a chaotic blend of colors and shapes might be seen by another as a harmonious representation of their cultural symbols and stories. This diversity in interpretation enriches the experience of abstract art, making it a deeply personal and universally engaging form of expression.

Images can be pictorial or abstract, depending on how the photographer/artist conveys the message.
