The book is leather bound with a crystal glass cover. It's filled with 20 pages of photos featuring a photographer on a double-decker bus snapping images along the way. To capture the monochrome images for this collection, I carefully explored various locations across Singapore. I sought out scenes that showcased the city's architectural beauty and natural landscapes. With each shot, I focused on capturing intricate details and textures, using the absence of color to enhance the play of light and shadow. The process involved patience, a keen eye for composition, and a deep appreciation for monochrome photography.

This photo book inspires newbie photographers to have the right mindset and perspective while photographing. There are numerous tips for shooting different aspects of a shoot. Some specific tips for shooting location shoots include: researching and scouting the location beforehand to identify interesting spots, utilising natural light to enhance the mood and atmosphere, incorporating elements of the surroundings to add depth and context to the images, experimenting with different angles and perspectives to capture unique compositions, and being patient and observant to capture fleeting moments and unexpected beauty.
The Palu-Donggala Story
This photo book were used to raise funds for disaster victims in the Palu-Donggala region. A copy of the book is in the Governor's Office in Palu-Donggala. The Palu-Donggla Story photo book played a crucial role in raising funds for the disaster victims in the Palu-Donggala region. By showcasing powerful images that depicted the devastation and resilience of the community, the book connected with people on an emotional level and inspired them to contribute to the cause. The visual narrative provided by the photo book helped to create awareness about the situation and encouraged individuals and organizations to come together and support the recovery efforts.
First Fleet
Photo book commemorating a play performed during the Covid-19 lossen restriction period. Stage actors were excluded from wearing masks. Masks were mandatory for audiences and crew. I could only take pictures of the play from my seated photographer position. The play was a success and the audience was thrilled to be able to experience live theatre again. The actors performed with passion and enthusiasm, and the audience was captivated by their performance. It was a memorable experience for all involved.

The Neighbourhood
Most Singaporeans live in HDB blocks, which are clusters of buildings. There are lots of conveniences, shopping malls, and retail food outlets in this neighborhood estate. Here's a photo book showing what residents did every day during COVID-19. The photos captured the spirit of resilience, ingenuity and creativity of the Singaporeans as they adapted to the unprecedented situation. The book was a testament to the strength and resilience of the country and its people.
Color Me Badd!
Images from this photo book were taken at Sony's official launch during the Covid-19 era where restrictions were loosened. Various mocked-up shooting stations were used to demonstrate camera sensor performance, features, and functions in extreme lighting conditions. Participants were allowed to try out the camera in a safe environment, as well as ask questions and get expert advice from the Sony team. The event was a successful showcase of the camera's capabilities.
Full Metal Jacket
To echo the title, the front cover is brush metal. The images are taken with the robust Fujifilm GFX system featuring the GFX100 along with the Fujinon GFX lenses. The brushed metal cover of the photo book not only adds a touch of elegance and sophistication but also symbolizes the durability and strength of the camera system. It serves as a visual representation of the high-quality and professional standard of the photographs, enticing readers to delve into the book and explore the stunning visuals it contains.

By doing this, we can raise awareness and encourage safer driving practices.
